Membership Dues

We ask members of the Neighborhood Association to contribute dues once per calendar year. These dues help us fund neighborhood activities, beautification, and events. As a member, you can choose an amount your household can give for the year from five tiers of dues, from Fern ($25) up to Cottonwood ($200). Whatever amount you choose, Fernwood thanks you for your support!
